Esme Company offers free shipping on all orders above 239 SEK, delivered by Postnord in 2-5 business days.
For orders within the European Union
Esme Company offers free shipping on all orders above 239 SEK. These orders will be delivered in 3-6 business days depending on where you live. The closer you live to Sweden, the faster your products will arrive.
For orders to the rest of the world
For customers living outside the European Union, free shipping is offered on all orders above 239 SEK. These will be shipped to you within 7 business days. The shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches the country of destination. Please note that the delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Packages within Sweden are normally delivered within 2-5 working days (excluding holidays).
Delay and partial delivery
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays unfortunately occur. We therefore do not guarantee delivery to a certain day and always reserve the right for delays.
Right of return
Esme Company accepts returns and/or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You must return the items in an unused condition and Esme Company will only accept returns if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
Esme Company is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the warehouse. The return shipping fee is not covered by Esme Company, therefore the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fee. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us at info@esmecompany.com. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below.
Your refund will be credited through the original purchaser’s payment method. Esme Company will issue a full refund if the complete order is returned. Please note that Esme Company will not refund the return shipping fee. In case we receive a written notice and proof of return within 14 days upon arrival, Esme Company will issue a refund at the latest on day 14. Please note that Esme Company will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may occur for orders outside of the European Union. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
Complaints
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a private person have the right to advertise a product for 3 years after you have received it. If you want to advertise your product, contact us directly at info@esmecompany.com and we will help you. You must complain about the item "within a reasonable time" after you discover the defect and the defect must be "original", that is, it was already there when you received the item. In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for return shipping and transport risk, depending on the nature of the fault we repair or replace the item, or offer credit. In the third party, financial compensation is obtained, which cannot exceed the sale value of the goods. In the event of a dispute, we always follow the General Complaints Board's decision.
