If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact info@esmecompany.com within 14 days of receipt. Esme Company's quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Esme Company cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (e.g. scratches on the condom caused by sharp objects), defects, and damage due to normal wear/tear and aging. Esme Company is responsible for shipping until the package is delivered to the local carrier in your country. Esme Company is not responsible for stolen goods or lost packages due to local shipping protocol, e.g., delivering the package to your front door instead of a pick-up point.
